Mr. Chello Cooper, service advisor was dimly a joy to work with, truly a professional. However, the service work on my Corvette was substandard. After having the rear seal replaced in my engine, the backend rattled and made weird noises and after driving approximately five miles, the right rear caliber became dislodged from the disc and became underivable and had to be towed back to the dealership. Hope I can get better workmanship this time around

I brought my SUV in because it wouldnt go forward...Ive only had the vehicle a couple of months as I purchased it in March 2025. The first service man we went to absolutely would not help us...He went as far as picking up the phone and pretending to be on a call. The next one who actually helped us was very slow. Everything he did took days to complete. There is only one transmission tech so it too about a week to get the job completed. I now realize though why it takes forever to get repairs/services completed at a dealership..Shout out to Mr. Shorter for being an honest efficient SALESMAN

Son bought his first truck and was told that he had a 30 day warranty . The transmission started slipping and he brought it back to the dealership in the first 3 weeks. The truck sit at the service center for over a 1 1/2 months and we never received a call from Chello about the truck and its status. We were also told the truck had no warranty even after the sales guy and multiple people told us that the truck was under warranty. We finally came and picked up the truck and will have it serviced at another place. I will never do business with you guys again and everyone I speak to will know the kind of service we received.

Monchello, the service advisor is very unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I had my truck at Gray Daniels for 8 days and he never called me with update on my truck. I had to call him multiple times to get an update on my truck. Every message I left for him to call me never got returned. I will never bring my vehicles to Gray Daniels again. Monchello should be fired.
